Should I Disclose Survey. Choosing to disclose your ADHD at work is a personal decision, and no one can tell you what to do. However, what we can do is provide more information that will help you decide what to do so. ADDA’s Workplace Issues Committee has prepared a survey that we’ll be sharing with as many adults with ADHD as possible over the next few weeks and months. Through the survey, we’re asking you to share your experiences, good and bad, with disclosing (or not) your ADHD at work. ADDA will compile the results and share with you how adults with ADHD have dealt with the decision to share.
