Let’s shine a light on the accrued wisdom of individuals living with ADHD.

The best way to change people’s views about ADHD is to let them know it’s not about somebody else, it’s about someone they know.

Read the rules for submission here

Share your lived experience by responding to one of the following prompts:

  • What tips do you have for relationships and communication when ADHD is involved?
  • What treatment options have you found helpful as you address ADHD?
  • What parenting strategies have worked for you when ADHD is part of the family?
  • What has been successful for you in living with ADHD and a co-occurring condition?
  • How has getting a diagnosis of ADHD made a positive difference in your life?
Additionally:
  • Stories must not be longer than 1000 characters counting spaces. (That is generally between 150 and 200 words.)
  • No swearing, crude language, or mean-spirited entries will be accepted (we’re a community, after all).
  • Stories are not commercials. You may include your profession, but mention of a business, website or images marketing a business will be refused.
