Be the voice you wish you heard when you needed it most.

My name is Jess, I’m 40 years old, act like a 20 year old and dress like a 17 year old. I have had ADHD since I was a child, consequently diagnosed as an adult around 6 years ago.

As a woman with ADHD combined type, I do stand out. I am hyperactive, inattentive but I’m fun.

I work in mental health and also I work for myself as a Public Speaker, Organizational Trainer and Advocate. This is where my passion lies – being the person who helps another – becoming the person who was missing through my journey with mental health – today I work to be the voice I wish I could’ve heard in my darkest moments.

The best strategy I can advise any adult with ADHD is be yourself. Own your journey. Don’t mask, you’re only hiding the most beautiful part of an incredible personality.

The more we all own our journeys the easier we pave the way for those beneath us currently struggling through diagnosis.

Be the voice you wish you heard when you needed it most.
