Eight ADHD brains in one house.

We didn’t fix the chaos — we built rhythm inside it. Now we’re raising storms who can stand on their own.

They say ADHD runs in families. In ours, it sprints. We have six children, eight ADHD brains, and countless comorbidities — all under one roof.

I didn’t beat ADHD. I walked with it. And when the world offered labels, I offered rhythm. I built a daily checklist system — not for perfection, but for survival. For executive function. For dignity.

It teaches six gentle responsibilities: start fresh, clear a space, connect with someone, bookend your soul, celebrate effort, and create a little magic.

It started in hospital waiting rooms and therapy corridors. Now it lives on our kitchen walls, their schoolbags, and in their hearts.

I’m just a mother. Not a clinician. But this — this is how we stayed together. This is how we became whole.

Because even in chaos — love has a rhythm. And we keep walking – together.
